Daily service via UPS, Fedex and DHL enhances our quality service with delivery tailored to your needs.

We service most computers, notebooks, servers, laser printers, dot matrix printers, inkjet printers, fax machines, and desktop copiers.

A full line of supplies is available to suit every need. We carry toner, drums, developers, ink cartridges, data cartridges and more. Most items are in stock and can be shipped same day for orders placed by 1:00 CST. Next day air delivery is available at 2-day rates.

Carry In Service is available at our main office located at 3677 Woodhead Drive in Northbrook, Illinois.

On Site Service is available 5 days a week in the Chicago Metropolitan Area and Northwest Suburbs. Our team of certified A+ technicians is experienced and qualified to repair your equipment for any need. All service calls are responded to within 24 hours during normal working hours. After hour support is also available by contract.

Ship your broken machine in to us with a note enclosed with all pertinent information and we'll take it from there. Your machine will be expertly repaired, tested, packed and returned to you in a timely fashion.

Priority service is available for those time sensitive situations. While we can't guarantee 24 hour or better turn-around time, we do promise to troubleshoot and diagnose your failure, as well as complete the repair provided parts do not need to be special ordered.
