Technical:

The ideal candidate will experience a solid understanding of troubleshooting, maintaining, and servicing all makes and models of computers and networks. Responsibilities include the ability to repair hardware to the FRU level and troubleshoot and repair Microsoft operating systems. A firm understanding of TCP/IP, Wireless Technology and networking is required, as well as the ability to set up new network file servers and maintain them. This position is for the experienced self-starter who has the ability to increase our ever-growing list of satisfied clients. Requires up-to-date knowledge and experience with all types of PCs, Notebooks, Servers, Networks along associated software. Experience with surveillance video and recording is a plus.
